Subsequent Event	17. Subsequent Event In an effort to drive further operational and financial efficiencies, the Company announced plans to consolidate its operational structure into two segments, Energy Equipment and Energy Products and Services. NOV’s new operational structure will be effective January 1, 2024. The Company plans to begin reporting the new segment information beginning in the first quarter of 2024.
