Announcement Regarding the Decision to Issue Debt Instrument and Application to the Capital Markets Board

Our Company's Board of Directors has resolved to issue debt instrument at a nominal value of up to TRY8 billion, with various maturities up to two-years, in Turkish Lira terms, in the domestic market, in one or more tranches, without public offering, as private placement and/or to be sold to institutional investors. In this regard, an application has been made to the Capital Markets Board (“CMB”) for the approval of issuance certificate.
