Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events On August 6, 2013, the Company entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the industrial residuals and used cooking oil collection operations of Terra Renewal Services, Inc., a leading provider of essential environmental services focused on the collection, hauling, reprocessing, recycling of waste cooking oil and disposal of non-hazardous, liquid and semi-solid waste streams. The acquisition is expected to close by the end of August 2013. The acquired businesses will increase the Company's ability to better serve the Company's customers. The Company does not consider the acquisition to be material to its financial position, results of operations or cash flows.
