Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events In April and May 2017, the Company acquired a used cooking oil service provider in New Jersey and a rendering business in Florida for a combined purchase price of approximately $20.0 million, funded by cash on hand. The acquired assets consisted primarily of routes, trucks, land, buildings and non-compete agreements. The Company is in the process of completing purchase price allocation.
