Subsequent events	Subsequent events MidCap Credit Facility Termination On July 1, 2020, the Company terminated the Credit Facility. In connection with the termination of the Credit Facility, the Company repaid outstanding principal and accrued interest thereunder totaling $18.4 million and paid an additional $0.6 million in termination and exit fees. All liens and security interests securing the term loan made pursuant to the Credit Facility were released upon termination.
