Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events. In April 2018, we entered into long-term agreements with NinePoint Medical, Inc. (“NinePoint”), pursuant to which, we (a) became the exclusive worldwide distributor for the NvisionVLE® Imaging System with Real-time Targeting™ using Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT), (b) acquired an option to purchase up to 100% of the outstanding equity in NinePoint, and (c) made a loan to NinePoint, all in exchange for total consideration of $20.5 million. We believe the NinePoint products will enhance the product offerings of our Endotek division (in our endoscopy segment) and will be another step to adding therapy and disease-state products to our portfolio. The NinePoint products have 510(k) clearance in the United States, and NinePoint is preparing a CE mark application. We plan to launch the NinePoint products globally on a measured basis. We are currently evaluating the accounting treatment of these transactions.
