RELATED PARTY	RELATED PARTY In 2018, a member of the Company’s board of directors, Thurman John Rodgers, purchased $5.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes due 2023 in a concurrent private placement. During the year ended December 31, 2023, the $5.0 million aggregate principal amount of the Notes due 2023 was converted into shares of common stock of the Company. Refer to Note 13. “Debt,” for additional information related to this purchase.
