Subsequent Events	19.Subsequent Events On October 1, 2024, the Company exercised its call option to acquire the remaining 20% equity ownership of Mestrelab Research, S.L. for a purchase price of EUR 12.6 million (approximately $13.9 million). On October 1, 2024, the Company acquired 100% of the outstanding stock of Dynamic Biosensors GmbH for a purchase price of EUR 19.0 million (approximately $21.0 million), subject to a purchase price adjustment to be completed within twelve months of the acquisition.
