Description of Business and Basis of Presentation	Note 1. Description of Business and Basis of Presentation Description of Business We were incorporated in the state of Washington in April 2005, and were reincorporated in the state of Delaware in March 2008. Box provides the leading ICM platform that enables organizations of all sizes to securely manage cloud content while allowing easy, secure access and sharing of this content from anywhere, on any device. Basis of Presentation and Principles of Consolidation The consolidated financial statements are prepared in accordance with GAAP and include the consolidated accounts of Box, Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. All intercompany accounts and transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. Certain prior period amounts reported in our consolidated financial statements have been reclassified to conform to the current year presentation. Such reclassifications did not affect revenue, income from operations, or net income.
