SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 11. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On August 13, 2012, the Company had received firm commitments for 2.3 million units at a price of $2.76 per unit in a registered offering to institutional and individual investors. Each unit consisted on one share of Arrowhead Common Stock and a warrant to purchase 0.75 share of Common Stock exercisable at $3.25 per share. Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $6.2 million, with net proceeds of approximately $5.8 million after deducting commissions and fees.
