Tenant and Other Receivables, net	Tenant and Other Receivables, net: Included in tenant and other receivables, net is an allowance for doubtful accounts of $2,996 and $2,786 at June 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, respectively. Also included in tenant and other receivables, net are accrued percentage rents of $917 and $8,711 at June 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, respectively, and a deferred rent receivable due to straight-line rent adjustments of $66,419 and $61,859 at June 30, 2018 and December 31, 2017, respectively.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
