Tenant and Other Receivables, net	Tenant and Other Receivables, net:Included in tenant and other receivables, net is an allowance for doubtful accounts of $7,064 and $10,741 at June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively. Also included in tenant and other receivables, net are accrued percentage rents of $1,596 and $18,010 at June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively, and a deferred rent receivable due to straight-line rent adjustments of $107,396 and $110,155 at June 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, respectively.
