Dispositions	Dispositions: On May 2, 2023, the Company sold The Marketplace at Flagstaff, a 268,000 square foot power center in Flagstaff, Arizona, for $23,500, which resulted in a gain on sale of assets of $10,349. The Company used the net proceeds to pay down debt. For the six months ended June 30, 2023, the Company sold various land parcels in separate transactions, resulting in gains on sale of land of $4,374. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2022, the Company sold various land parcels in separate transactions, resulting in gains on sale of land of $66 and $15,147, respectively. The Company used its share of the proceeds from these sales to pay down debt and for other general corporate purposes.
