Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events: On July 26, 2024, the Company announced a dividend/distribution of $0.17 per share for common stockholders and OP Unitholders of record on August 19, 2024. All dividends/distributions will be paid 100% in cash on September 9, 2024. On July 31, 2024, the Company sold its 50% interest in Biltmore Fashion Park, a 611,000 square foot regional retail center in Phoenix, Arizona, for $110,000. The Company used the net proceeds to pay down debt.
