Tenant and Other Receivables, net	Tenant and Other Receivables, net: Included in tenant and other receivables, net is an allowance for doubtful accounts of $6,443 and $4,824 at September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023, respectively. Also included in tenant and other receivables, net are accrued percentage rents of $3,533 and $15,076 at September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023, respectively, and a deferred rent receivable due to straight-line rent adjustments of $99,821 and $105,260 at September 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023, respectively.
