Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events: On October 24, 2024, the Company acquired its joint venture partner's 40% interest in the PPR Portfolio, which includes Lakewood Center, Los Cerritos Center and Washington Square, for a net purchase price of approximately $122,000, which includes the assumption of the partner's share of property level indebtedness. The Company now owns and will consolidate its 100% interests in the PPR Portfolio effective October 24, 2024. On October 31, 2024, the Company announced a dividend/distribution of $0.17 per share for common stockholders and OP Unitholders of record on November 12, 2024. All dividends/distributions will be paid 100% in cash on December 2, 2024.
