17.  Common Stockholders’ Equity

 

The Exterran Holdings, Inc. 2007 Amended and Restated Stock Incentive Plan (the “2007 Plan”) and the Exterran Holdings, Inc. 2013 Stock Incentive Plan (the “2013 Plan”) allows us to withhold shares to use upon vesting of restricted stock at the then current market price to cover taxes required to be withheld on the vesting date. We purchased 172,232 of our shares from participants for approximately $7.0 million during 2014 to cover tax withholding. The 2007 Plan and 2013 Plan are administered by the compensation committee of our board of directors.
