Subsequent Event	27.  Subsequent Event On February 4, 2015, the Partnership executed an amendment to the Partnership Credit Agreement, which among other things, increases the borrowing capacity under its revolving credit facility by $250.0 million to $900.0 million. The Partnership Credit Agreement, which matures in May 2018, also includes a $150.0 million term loan facility.
