Hosting Arrangements	9. Hosting Arrangements In the fourth quarter of 2018 we began a process and technology transformation project that will, among other things, upgrade or replace our existing ERP, supply chain and inventory management systems and expand the remote monitoring capabilities of our compression fleet. Included in this project are hosting arrangements that are service contracts related to the cloud migration of our ERP system and cloud services for our new mobile workforce, telematics and inventory management tools. Certain costs incurred for the implementation of our hosting arrangements that are service contracts are capitalized and amortized on a straight-line basis over the term of the respective contract. Amortization begins in the period in which an individual component becomes ready for its intended use. As of March 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019, we capitalized $6.5 million and $5.5 million, respectively, of implementation costs related to our hosting arrangements that are service contracts to other assets in our condensed consolidated balance sheets. Accumulated amortization was $0.1 million at March 31, 2020. We recorded $0.1 million of amortization expense to SG&A in our condensed consolidated statements of operations during the three months ended March 31, 2020.
