Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	NOTE 19. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS As more fully described in Note 3 “Loans,” the Company had outstanding loan balances, as made in the ordinary course of business, to related parties as of December 31, 2025 and 2024 in the amount of $46.5 million and $42.4 million, respectively. Deposits of related parties are also accepted in the ordinary course of business. The aggregate balances of related party deposits are immaterial as of December 31, 2025 and 2024, respectively.
