Subsequent Events [Text Block]	1 2 – Subsequent Event On July 24, 2018, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized the Company to initiate a quarterly cash dividend as part of its capital allocation strategy. Accordingly, on July 24, 2018 , the Company’s Board of Directors declared an initial quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share of Class A and Class B Common Stock, to be paid on August 29, 2018 , to all shareholders of record as of August 8, 2018 .
