Treasury Stock	NOTE 10 Treasury Stock The Corporation’s Board of directors from time to time has authorized the repurchase of shares of the Corporation’s common stock, in the open market or through negotiated transactions, at such times and at such prices as management may decide. In fiscal 2012 and 2011, the Corporation did not acquire any shares of its common stock. At May 31, 2012, the Corporation had authorization to repurchase an additional 391,300 of its common stock.
