Gain on Sale of Idle Property, Plant and Equipment	NOTE 8 Gain on Sale of Idle Property, Plant and Equipment During the second quarter of fiscal year 2012, the Corporation sold idle housing facilities located in Ocala, Florida and Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The gain on the sale of these facilities was $1,114,000 and $1,386,000, respectively.
