Gain on Sale of Idle Property, Plant and Equipment	NOTE 10 Gain on Sale of Idle Property, Plant and Equipment During the second quarter of fiscal 2013, the Corporation sold two idle recreational vehicle facilities located in Hemet, California. The gain on the sale of these facilities was $1,411,000. During the second quarter of fiscal 2012, the Corporation sold idle housing facilities in Ocala, Florida and Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The gain on the sale of these facilities was $1,114,000 and $1,386,000, respectively. Subsequent to February 28, 2013, the Corporation sold its idle manufactured housing facility located in Mocksville, North Carolina. The gain on this facility was approximately $225,000.
