Gain on Sale of Idle Property, Plant and Equipment	NOTE 10 Gain on Sale of Idle Property, Plant and Equipment In the second quarter of fiscal 2014, the Corporation sold its idle manufactured housing facility located in Fair Haven, Vermont. The gain on the sale of this facility was $162,000. In the second quarter of fiscal 2013, the Corporation sold two idle recreational vehicle facilities located in Hemet, California. The gain on the sale of these facilities was $1,411,000.
