Other Assets	NOTE 3 Other Assets Other assets consist primarily of the cash surrender value of life insurance policies which totaled $7,129,000 and $7,093,000 at December 3, 2017 and May 31, 2017, respectively. Subsequent to December 3, 2017, life insurance policies with cash surrender value of approximately $2,546,000 were cancelled. Proceeds from the cash surrender value were used to repay all outstanding life insurance loans.
