FMC Corporation (the "Company") announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.44, an increase of 10 percent over the Company's previous quarterly dividend, commencing with the next quarterly dividend expected to be paid on January 16, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 31, 2019.
