RELATED PARTY CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTES	NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTES As of September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, the Company had convertible promissory note balances of $15,500 and $16,000 that were convertible into 39,744 and 41,026 shares of restricted common stock. The notes are with a shareholder, bear no interest, and are payable on demand.

NOTE 7 – RELATED PARTY CONVERTIBLE PROMISSORY NOTES

As of September 30, 2013 and 2012, respectively, the Company had convertible promissory note balances of $15,500 and $16,000 that were convertible into 39,744 and 41,026 shares of restricted common stock. The notes are with a shareholder, bear no interest, and are payable on demand.
