Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On August 7, 2024, the Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.24 per share of common stock to be paid on September 30, 2024 to stockholders of record as of September 16, 2024. On July 26, 2024, the Company completed the acquisition of all of the equity of Bren-Tronics Defense LLC for $208,000 in cash consideration, subject to adjustments as set forth in the stock purchase agreement. Bren-Tronics Defense LLC, headquartered in Commack, New York, is a leading manufacturer of highly reliable portable power solutions, including small and large format lithium batteries and changing solutions, for military and defense applications.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
