Receivables	Receivables Receivables of $64.8 million at November 30, 2012 and $66.2 million at November 30, 2011 included amounts due from municipalities and utility companies, state income taxes receivable and escrow deposits. At November 30, 2011, receivables also included mortgages and notes receivable. Receivables were net of allowances for doubtful accounts of $21.3 million in 2012 and $23.7 million in 2011.
