ASSETS HELD FOR SALE	ASSETS HELD FOR SALEAssets held for sale is composed of properties not included in inventory which are under contract and expected to be sold within 12 months that also meet the other relevant held-for-sale criteria in accordance with ASC 360-10-45-9. As of June 30, 2024 and December 31, 2023, the basis in properties meeting this classification was $1.0 million and $9.9 million, respectively. Since the basis in these properties was less than the fair value, including costs to sell, no impairment was recognized.
