SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Disposal On January 12, 2022, the Company entered into an agreement with Endeavour Silver Corp. ("Endeavour Silver") to sell its Pitarrilla project in Durango, Mexico, included in the Company's Exploration, evaluation and development properties segment, in exchange for consideration including $35.0 million in common shares of Endeavour Silver, $35.0 million in cash, and a 1.25% net smelter returns royalty on the Pitarrilla property. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022. Dividend On February 22, 2022, the Company declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per common share, payable on April 4, 2022 to holders of record at the close of business on March 7, 2022
