INCOME AND MINING TAXES INCOME AND MINING TAXESThe Company’s consolidated effective income tax rate was 14.3% for the first three months of 2025 compared to 5.4% for the first three months of 2024. The primary drivers of the change in the effective rate were due to foreign currency fluctuations and changes in the valuation allowance. The Company, a Canadian domiciled entity, is subject to a statutory tax rate of 27.0%. The effective rate differs from the statutory rate primarily due to foreign currency fluctuations and changes in the valuation allowance.
