Stock Repurchase Program

The Company’s Board of Directors has authorized a Common Stock repurchase program. During fiscal 2013, 2014 and 2015, the Company repurchased 200,732 shares, 165,845 shares and 454,635 shares, respectively, under this program. As of June 30, 2015, 764,560 shares were available for additional repurchase under the program. Upon repurchase, the shares were restored to the status of authorized but unissued shares in the accompanying Consolidated Financial Statements.
