Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On July 13, 2016, we amended the ABL agreement and extended its maturity date to July 13, 2021. Additionally, we improved financial and other terms, including reducing interest rate margins and commitment fees. On July 27, 2016, our board of directors declared a dividend of $0.03 per share on our common stock, payable on or about August 19, 2016 to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 8, 2016.
