Subsequent Events	Note 13. Subsequent Events On April 19, 2017, our board of directors declared a dividend of $0.04 per share on our common stock, payable on or about May 22, 2017 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 2017. In April 2017 and May 2017 we received a total of 1.2 million shares of our common stock in settlement of our share repurchase agreement.
