In February 2017, we entered into an accelerated share repurchase agreement with Bank of America, N.A. paid them $50 million. We subsequently received 4,139,255 shares of our common stock based on the average of the daily volume-weighted average prices of our common stock over the purchase period, less a fixed discount .
In May 2017 and June 2017, we repurchased an additional 441,972 shares of our common stock for a total cost of $5.0 million through open market purchases.
