Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Dividend Declaration. On October 21, 2022, our Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.061 per share on our common stock, payable on or about November 21, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 10, 2022. Collective Bargaining Agreement Extension. On October 29, 2022, we successfully negotiated a collective bargaining agreement with the United Steelworkers in our Chattanooga, Tennessee facility. The agreement expires October 29, 2025.
