Bogotá, December 28, 2021. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (“Grupo Aval”) informs that the General Meeting of Bondholders (of ordinary bonds issued on the Colombian market) held today, approved the Spin-Off Project which will be presented to the General Meeting of Shareholders, as part of the transaction informed to the market on September 15, 2021.
