Bogotá, September 16, 2025. Grupo Aval Acciones y Valores S.A. (the “Company”) informs that today the Company subscribed a Subordinated Bond Issuance made by Banco Comercial AV Villas S.A. for a total amount of COP $50,000,000,000 (approx. USD12.9 million), with a maturity term of ten (10) years.
