(1) Includes $1.4 million in Fiscal 2021 and $9.2 million in Fiscal 2020 for inventory charges associated with the Company’s restructuring plan. The charges were primarily associated with discontinued brands and collections within the restructuring - cost of sales line item on the consolidated statements of operations. As the Plan was substantially completed in Fiscal 2021, no additional charges were recorded in Fiscal 2022. See Note 6 for additional information.
(2) Includes the impact of foreign exchange translation, as well as $2.2 million in Fiscal 2022, $20.0 million in Fiscal 2021 and $40.0 million in Fiscal 2020 utilized for inventory identified as part of the Company’s restructuring plan. See Note 6 for additional information.
