(NYSE: MHO) announced today the preliminary results of its previously announced tender offer (the &#8220;Tender Offer&#8221;) to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding 6.875% Senior Notes due 2012 (the &#8220;Existing Senior Notes&#8221;).&#160;&#160;As of 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on October 27, 2010 (the &#8220;Early Tender Premium Deadline&#8221;), approximately $117.5 million principal amount of Existing Senior Notes had been validly tendered and not validly withdrawn.</font></div>
