SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 10 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated all events subsequent to the balance sheet date as of February 28, 2022 through the date of issuance of these consolidated financial statements and has determined that, except as set forth below, there are no subsequent events that require disclosure. Real Estate Transactions In March 2022, the Company acquired land for approximately $7.0 million in Medellín, Colombia to open a new warehouse club. Construction has commenced and the club is anticipated to open in the summer of 2023. It will be the second warehouse club in Medellín and the tenth in Colombia.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
