Subsequent Event	(17)   Subsequent Event On July 26, 2011, the Partnership announced a cash distribution of $0.407 per common unit for the second quarter of 2011. The distribution was prorated for the period from April 13, 2011 through June 30, 2011. It is anticipated that approximately $9.0 million will be distributed to the public common unitholders. The distribution will be paid on August 12, 2011.
