Transaction Price Allocated to Remaining Performance Obligations

As of June 30, 2022, the Nitrogen Fertilizer Segment had approximately $8 million of remaining performance obligations for contracts with an original expected duration of more than one year. The Nitrogen Fertilizer Segment expects to recognize approximately $4 million of these performance obligations as revenue by the end of 2022, an additional $4 million in 2023, and a nominal amount thereafter.
