Announcement of Completion of its Business Combination with Blue Safari Group Acquisition Corp. and Planned Trading of Class A Ordinary Shares on Nasdaq

On April 13, 2023, Bitdeer Technologies Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the completion of its business combination with Blue Safari Group Acquisition Corp. and that the Class A ordinary shares of the Company are expected to commence trading on Nasdaq Stock Market on April 14, 2023.

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
