RE.: Merger by absorption of Sofora Telecomunicaciones S.A. (‘Sofora’); Nortel Inversora S.A. (‘Nortel’) and Telecom Personal S.A. (‘Telecom Personal’) (the Absorbed Companies) into Telecom Argentina S.A. (the Surviving Company)

Registration in Inspeccion General de Justicia 

I am writing to you as Responsible for the Market Relations of Telecom Argentina S.A. (“Telecom Argentina” or the “Company”) in order to inform you that yesterday the Company was informed that both the Merger between Telecom Argentina as surviving company and Nortel, Sofora and Telecom Personal as absorbed companies, and the dissolution without liquidation of these latter three companies, were registered in the Public Registry in charge of the Inspección General de Justicia on March 21, 2018.
