I am writing to you as Chairman of TELECOM ARGENTINA S.A. (“Telecom Argentina” or the “Company”), in order to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, in its meeting held today and with the participation and agreement of the Members of the Supervisory Committee, has designated Mr. Fernando José Balmaceda as the new Responsible for Market Relations in replacement of Mr. Gabriel Pablo Blasi, effective as of today, with Mrs. Solange Barthe Dennin remaining as Alternate Responsible for Market Relations.
