Commitments and Contingencies During the three and six months ended October 31, 2013, in connection with an employment dispute, the Company recorded expenses in the amount of $2.0 million and $4.5 million, respectively, in compensation and benefits expense. The Company settled the dispute and as of October 31, 2013 carries no liability regarding this matter.
