Long-Term Debt	9. Long-Term Debt As of January 31, 2015 and April 30, 2014, the Company had no borrowings under its long-term debt arrangements. At January 31, 2015 and April 30, 2014, there was $2.8 million of standby letters of credit issued under its long-term debt arrangements. The Company had a total of $1.3 million and $1.5 million of standby letters of credits with other financial institutions as of January 31, 2015 and April 30, 2014, respectively.

As of January 31, 2015 and April 30, 2014, the Company had no borrowings under its long-term debt arrangements.
